What is Metal injection molding:
Metal injection molding (MIM) is a metalworking process by which finely-powdered metal is mixed with a measured amount of binder material to comprise a "feedstock" capable of being handled by plastic processing equipment through a process known as injection mold forming.
Advantage to Client:
①The molding process allows complex parts to be shaped in a single operation and in high volume.
②Ability to mold metal texture comparable to plastic.
③Using a mould allows low cost mass production to be capable.
④Can avoid additional processing for lower the production cost. lathe etc.
⑤Able to produce horizontal holes and deep holes that die casting cannot make.
⑥The variety of metals capable of implementation within MIM feedstock are referred to as powder metallurgy, and these contain the same alloying constituents found in industry standards for common and exotic metal applications.
Made in Taiwan:
①Lower the Processing Cost.
②Stablize the product quality.
③Capable of small to mass production.
④Consistent production process.
⑤High Completion of Infrastructure and highly unaffected by political unstability.
